Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Master’s Degree a plus. 
Skills/Experience Requirements
  • Marketing management experience of 10 years or more, minimum of 6 years in a leadership role -especially in support of a manufacturing consumer goods organization;
  • 8-10 years of extensive product development & marketing experience; should include knowledge of manufacturing environment and sales organizations/ channels, preferably in consumer durable or packaged goods;
  • Experience managing a marketing, sales and/or customer service organization for a large operating division.
  • Business development and product marketing background, with experience developing product plans and strategy work;
  • Knowledge of processes related to brand marketing, market research, sales training, and field communications;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of customer service elements.
  • Experience with Oracle CX and Service Cloud
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills – for both internal groups as well as clients and trade groups/ seminars;
  • Flexibility and adaptability; this organization will continue to develop and evolve over next 12-18 months.
  • Ideal candidate has strong customer orientation and develops high performance teams with commitment to company values.
  • Marketing and service systems development and deployment. Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
