  • 4-6 years experience in financial analysis roles with increasing responsibility.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
  • Effective written, verbal and presentation skills are essential.
  • Individual must be comfortable dealing with all levels of management, from plant accountant to Division President and CEO.
  • Must be a self-directed individual, able to manage multiple projects simultaneous.
  • Excellent personal computer skills including proficiency with MS Office-Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with JD Edwards and Hyperion Essbase is a plus.
  • Must be a self-motivated "hands-on" leader, results and deadline oriented, strong attention to detail, strong work ethic, ability to identify process improvements, and ability and desire to take action.

Education Requirements

B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance.
MBA and/or CPA is highly desirable.
