  • 4 to 6 years safety and health experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • This is a key position on our leadership team and a proven record of partnering is strongly desired.
  • Ability to provide first aid/triage, administer drug tests and train first responders.
  • Experience in conducting thorough root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and third-party systems.
  • Experience in Behavior Based Safety Programs
  • Experience developing procedures, training programs and metric reports.
  • A thorough understanding of federal and state regulations including OSHA, EPA and state and local regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience investigating and managing injuries, claims and procedure.
  • Paramedic, EMT or nursing experience a plus.


  • BS in Health and Safety, Environmental, Engineering, or related field is preferred, but relevant experience may substitute.
  • Certified Safety Professional or other relevant credentials.


  • 5-10% travel may be required.
