Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that the finished product is staged and loaded into the proper freight truck.
  • Identify and properly label the product for shipment.
  • Loading and unloading the finished products from production.
  • Performs manual and clerical duties related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing and developing a variety of materials, equipment and supplies.
  • Indexing and flexing to other work stations or manufacturing areas as a needed to achieve shift target or team goals and an even flow of operations and achieve shift target or team goals.
  • Other duties as assigned, including additional duties as a result of the elimination or reclassification of job duties as a result of a new operation methods.

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Ability to efficiently load freight into trucks.
  • Ability to work in a tight environment.
  • Must be able to attain forklift certification. 
  • Must be a team player and able to self to self motivate.
  • Comprehend technical written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and anything over 50 pounds may require assistance.
  • Must have demonstrated satisfactory job performance; including safety, quality and attendance. 
Education: High school or equivalent required.
