Marketing Product Manager
Skills/Experience Requirements
- Requires 8+ years of work experience in product management, preferably in construction-related industry.
- Solid project management skills
- Strong decision-making requiring detail analysis and investigation with solutions requiring original thinking and a high degree of judgment significantly affecting multiple areas of the Company.
- Ability to see the big picture, build a team-oriented approach to problem solving and analyze the marketplace to ensure the Company remains competitive.
- Required to establish objectives that affect the marketing function of the assigned product line.
- Demeanor and bearing that will garner the respect of peers and subordinates.
- Customer service orientation and emphasis on results, diplomacy, multitasking and priority setting.
- Expert user of MS Office (Top 3% Excel user)
- Able to develop predictive models with solid understand of statistical analysis and linear programming modeling
- Experience with agency management and digital marketing
- Above average persuasive writing skills
- Expense budget preparation and management
Education Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Product Management or related studies. Prefer a Master’s degree in Business.
- 8 to 10 years of related experience and/or training.
Physical/Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to use personal computer, ten key calculator, copy machine, fax, telephone, presentation systems and printers.
- MS Office, MRP system and JDE.
- Ability to work long hours.
- Ability to use a variety of hand tools and diagnostic instruments.
- Ability to walk, stand and sit for long periods of time.
- Highly focused, intense visual requirements, ability to read and write.
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Ability to travel to various parts of the country by any means available.
