Position Description

The Change Management Lead will be responsible for organizational readiness of ERP-related implementation and transformation.  This position leads all aspects of change associated with the transformation of the organization to align with business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organizational structures. This includes leading all the organizational change management activities for the manufacturing facilities as well as the wholesale distribution locations. 

 The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize stakeholder adoption and usage while minimizing resistance. The Change Management Lead will work with the project team and organizational leaders to insure adoption, utilization and proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.

Duties and responsibilities
Design, develop and implement change management strategies and plans.
Execute activities related to change management and end user readiness including but not limited to stakeholder analysis and mapping, organizational and job impact analysis, and change readiness measuring and monitoring. 
Assess stakeholder and change impact analysis identifying project impacts and risks.
Identify and anticipate organizational challenges and/or resistance and develop plans to mitigate risk.
Design, development, delivery and management of communications.
Set direction for documentation templates, end user training materials and material development resources.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred.
Change management certification or designation desired.
Minimum five years’ experience leading change management efforts including impact analysis, stakeholder engagement and user readiness.
Prior experience in Organizational Change Management for ERP implementations such as SAP or Oracle.
Solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools 
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent active listening skills.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of change management methodology and applying as appropriate for business environment.
Able to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively through other.
Experience in manufacturing organizations.
Experience with project management approaches, tools, and phases of project lifecycles.
Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple change management components simultaneously.
Travel up to 65% as dictated by the business.
