Skills/Experience Requirements

A minimum of ten years of experience gained through increasing responsible management positions within Credit and Collections

A minimum seven years of experience in a management role

Working knowledge of accounts receivable software and integrated financial systems -Oracle software experience a plus

Working knowledge of the Internet including financial and credit resource database sites

Strong financial statement analysis skills to evaluate customer financial strength

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and effectively lead a team in order to drive results

Must be adept at managing cross-functional teams and be equally comfortable dealing with a variety of cultures, personalities and nationalities

Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and a strong team orientation

Candidate will be self-motivated with the energy to lead

Ability to hire, develop and manage a team

Strong quantitative, analytical, and financial skills required

Embraces the culture of change/improvement

Demonstrated abilities in judgment and discretion

Clear, concise communicator both verbally and in writing

A person of confidence who can deal with resistance coupled with good interpersonal, persuasive skills

Education Preference

B.S. degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Management.
