  • 3 - 5 years successful full desk/cycle experience.
  • Any experience with Oracle Taleo is preferred.
  • Must a strong attention to detail, be able to "listen" to the client business needs and then execute the correct recruiting action/function designed to fill the role in a timely manner, all the while keeping the business engaged in the activities to date.
  • Demonstrate respect for others while displaying high ethics and integrity.Demonstrated expertise in social media.
  • Ability to develop customer relationship management, consultative and negotiation skills.
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to self-manage, prioritize initiatives and work well in a team environment with competing demands and tight deadlines.
  • Able to network, build and develop relationships within the collegiate/technical/vocational communities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong internet research skills.  
  • Associates Degree or equivalent combination of education and full desk recruiting experience
