Retirement Plan

We offer you a 401(k) savings plan. The plan allows you to invest up to 50 percent of your compensation pre-tax in a variety of competitive investment options. In addition, we provide a generous match on your contributions!

Profit Sharing

With your contribution to the success of the organization, the Company recognizes team members in the form of an additional employer contribution to your 401(k). The contributions to your 401(k) are based on Overhead Door Corporation’s Board of Directors approval.

Flexible Spending

We offer both a Healthcare Flexible Spending Account and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account which allows pre-tax contributions to manage your current year costs.

Disability Insurance

We offer Company-paid compensation for an absence (e.g. loss of work time) resulting from personal illness or injury.

Term Life Insurance

We offer Company-paid basic term life coverage.

Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance

This benefit provides additional compensation in the event of accidental death or dismemberment.

Supplemental Term Life Insurance

You may purchase additional life insurance for yourself or dependents.
